Well, there's no such word as juncular. There is jugular, which is the main vein in the throat; there is jocular, which means happy and joyful, but if you don't know what it means and you don't know how to spell it, where are you getting the word from?

It's not a real word but if it was it would be an adverb meaning "in the manner of a humorous uncle."

Do u mean 'jugular'? It's an artery or main vein.
