Go to tools---->internet options, there should be a box which says home page, put www.google.com in and hit apply

Go to google then go to Tools click on Internet options on the General tab there will be a box for Homepage in that box click Use Current and you're all set.

You just simply go: Tools/Internet tools/ from your internet explorer
it should opens a new window which includes a tab with the name:
Homepage.You write in this tab the web site you want your explorer to start with.(e.x. www.google.com)
Many sites have the abillity to change your homepage automatically without your permission.Hope this helps

Go to www.google.com and drag the little icon to the left of the site after it's loaded onto your home page button.
