There is the idea that most pregnancies at the earliest stages have twin, but one fetus dissolves. There are even cases where one twin 'absorbs' the other, and the resulting person is a combination of the two. Check out the portion on 'chimera' in the attached article. Interesting stuff!
Then there is the idea we have look alikes. I've met many in my life- and it is weird to see someone who looks a lot like you! It tells me what not to wear...

Of course not! Twins are borned in every 5,000 births thus the ratio is 1:5,000. Given the ratio it is indeed cool to have twins but without isn't that bad either. Imagine you may need to share what you have with your twins. Cheer-up?

i actually have a fraternal twin. i have identical twin friends. Everyone asumes you have the same identity when really you don't, that's what sux about ou just need to look for someone that completes you.being a twin. In general my other half is my boyfriend. you just need someone that completes you.

yes, i've been mistaken for someone else several of times. i don't think he is a twin, but sure has lots of similarities as me. this is no joke, i've been mistaken at least 10 times in my life, and i'm only 30.
