Ha, I live in WI and just got divorced in Oct. If by statements you mean legal documents, the main one is the financial disclusure statement which basically lists all of your sources of income, all assets, all expenses and all debts. To do this you will need your tax statements from the last two years, all your recent bills etc. You will also need a form that you sign stating the marriage is irretreavably broken. I don't have any children so I did not have to worry about that. By the way if you haven't been married for too long (like 5 years or less) and you and your soon to be ex are on decent terms I recommend a pro se divorce. It's where you both agree to not hire attorney's. It is a lot cheaper and faster!
