Yes. It may be just your uterus stretching, but with mine it was bacterial vaginosis. I got it the last time I was pregnant. The doctor said it was something to do with my hormone level. Call your doctor and talk to them about it. They may want to see you. if you experience severe pains or bleeding go to the Emergency Room. good luck with everything.

I had lower abdominal pain, pelvic pain, lower back pain all throughout my 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you notice any brown, pink, brownish pink discharge, go to the emergency room. The sighs you're having sound like a miscarriage. I miscarried at 12 weeks pregnant. Don't be scared because I could be wrong for they are signs of pregnancy. Cramps and lower back pain are signs of pregnancy as well. Please be safer than sorry. Good luck.

It is normal to have aches/pains throughout an entire pregnancy and with a first time pregnancy, it is hard to determine was is "normal/ok" versus not.
I think the one thing that I may be concerned about if it is a really bad pain would be an ectopic pregnancy....and that can be life-threatening to YOU.
I would call your on-call OB and tell them what is going on. They are the best person to give you advice on this kind of stuff...and..they may even send you in for an ultrasound to rule out an ectopic...because, like I said...those can be life-threatening.
Call now. Do it.

Yes I have experience what you are feeling.Don't worry,it's probably the uterine wall expanding.Sometimes even when lying down and you want to get up or changes position, you'll feel the sharp pain. That phase will soon pass as you reaches the end of the first trimester. If this does not helps, you can call your doctor and let him or her reassure you.Everything will be fine.Best of luck.

Everyone expereinces this. As the uterus grows and changes the tendons and muscles that hold it in place stretch. Its painful and uncomfy and normal.
Period like cramps are also perfectly normal. Spotting is generally fine, bleeding is not.
Colored or foul smelling discharge is not okay.
Pain is normal during pregnancy.
