You haven't provided enough details as to why you are "bullied".
Every job has a hierarchy. Your manager either has a boss or he doesn't. If he does - then it's obvious what needs to be done. If your manager does not have a boss - but is himself the boss, you might want to start looking for another job.

First of all it is Not Your Fault and You have no control over his Bad Behavior!
Make sure you have a little notebook to write down what he said or did, the dates, or have a tiny recorder handy, record the times and who was around when it occurred. If there are cameras, where you work, try to stay close by them.
Since this manager is apparently male and you feel uncomfortable, be as diplomatic a possible and tell him how he is making you feel and that you feel personally intimidated. (Make sure you do your job, be on time and give him no excuses for mistreating you..follow the company policy to the letter! )
Women tend not to go with their built in instincts..most times they are correct. Whoever is above him should be informed of his behavior. You could be construed as a Stalking victim and does require a police report.
Find a Women's support group. If all else fails within your company, start looking for other employment and find your closest Equal Employment Opportunity Office or EEOC and file a complaint. If your company retaliates for filing it they can be slapped with another complaint or a court trial if they do not comply. Good luck!

Write it down everyday in a journal and if it keeps happening you have the proof and report it to HR. Being bullied in the workplace is like harrassment. But, it can be turned around on you--so be very careful. Don't talk back--just do your job. If it is upsetting you so much--go to his superior and let them know. They may start watching this person.

Keep a written record, especially of any witnesses. Record should include:
Date
Time
What was said or done
Whether you said anything like, "please don't talk to me that way, I find it offensive", etc. A big issue is almost always the manager saying "I had no idea that bothered him/her. If they had told me, I would have stopped right away."
Also note any such times he mistreats others. Report to HR. Or, if you wish to try the less bold approach first him (let him know you will take it further if necessary), next his boss.
Make a note of when you talk to someone, who it was, and what was said. If it becomes formal, get everything in writing, have HR initial a copy of your report, do not let it all be verbal.
This may make things worse, I hope all works out for you.

Bring in a small recorder, get it in on tape. That way there will be no refutable evidence. Write down the day, time, and place.
Congrats on getting the ****** fired. Remember, no one will miss him when he's gone. You may even wanna get a restraining order if he persists.

Talk to personell, or human resources if your workplace has them, otherwise, his/her supervisor. Good luck & I suggest you start looking for a back-up job, these things rarely end well for the underling.
