It is a workout series. You are not actually going to learn to pole dance. I have every DVD in the series and was a little disappointed. If you want to learn to pole dance, try Pole Katz.

Carmen Electra's Striptease Aerobics is an actual workout tape. She teaches you dances and workout routines and you do it. Some of the tapes are about lap dances and such but while practicing you really can work up a sweat. Its a great workout program.

I tried it. But the only pole I danced around was already part of my body.
Yummy yummy. My penis cried that day.
Thats not a joke, tears literally came out of it.
