Don't you watch CSI? Most DNA tests are done with a swab from your mouth. Since there is nothing invasive, it can't be judged as harmful to a pregnancy. And pregnancy does not change your DNA at all. The encoding is permanent from the time you are conceived, and never changes.

yes, mouth swab, blood test. Pregnancy does not change your DNA, assuming you are not talking about the fetal DNA for like paternity or medical reasons, in which case, yes fetal DNA can be drawn from the sac(amniotic fluid)

Sure, you can take a DNA test anytime you want to or you're required to, they only swab your mouth.

If you want to have the baby's DNA tested you can have amnio done, its not common but it can be done and certainly is.

If you mean for you, yes, if you mean for the baby, it is called amniocentesis, and can cause miscarriage, not recommended, they only like to do them for medical reasons, you will have to wait til baby is born if it is babys DNA you are matching. Good Luck
