Someone told me at first that it was the power steering pump. I got that replaced and it stopped the first day and the second day it started back squealing only now its not as bad

Yes sounds like a belt or a pulley the belts run on probably just need to be tightened.

Could be a belt, alternator or water pump. Was the power steering pump new or used? Try this: while the car is idling but at a full stop, turn the steering wheel far to the right and left. If the growling gets worse it's the pump---if not, it's probably a bearing in either your water pump or alternator.

SOUNDS LIKE A FAN BELT, THEY HAVE A SPRAY YOU CAN USE, TRY THAT, ITS INEXSPENSIVE
