For instances; your brother is about 50% genetically related to you. If he was your identical twin ( monozygous ), then you would have 100% of your genes in common. Cousins are at about 25%. etc., etc..

Some of the answers are out by a bit in the case of siblings - it is statistically possible for two non-identical siblings to have no genes in common as each parent passes on exactly 50% of their chromosomes...
Here is the correct ratios:
identical twins - 100%
non-identical siblings - 0-100%
parent - 50%
grandparent - 25%
great grandparent - 12.5%
etcetera
relatives who aren't in your direct line (aunts/uncles/cousins) will share a differing amount of dna
It should be pointed out that dna is the incorrect term here - i think you meant genes. Deoxyrybonucleic acid is the chemical with which cells store genetic information, so in a sense DNA is similar for all organisms (some viruses however use RNA) ;)

Actually, the initial responder was a little off with his numbers. This is (approximately) how genetically similar a person is to you:
Identical Twin = 100% similar
Parent, child, or sibling = 50% similar
Grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew = 25%
cousins, great grandparent, great grandchild = 12.5%
