My friend is mentally unstable and has a record that she had mental illness was filing a case against her ex bf about she was used and made her a prostitute which it really didnt happened, does the authority will gonna believe her?

your unstable friend may not be unstable at all.... merely surviving the best way she knows how after going through such a traumatic event....

and ummm how can you be certain that it didnt happen????? Hmmm?? You are not with your friend 24/7

And there are ways and means of finding the truth out... and the courts will discover the truth and if she is as you say mentally unstable and this did not happen then she will be excused because of her illness.... but if it did happen the courts may decide that she became unstable because she was used this way... and may even grant her compensation for it...

It will largely depend upon the evidence given by both parties and her x. boyfriend . If he hasa lawyer then they will probably dig up all the information they can about your unstable friend which will not be very nice.
