While it is lovely that you attempted to write a poem, you must remember a few things about poetry.
A poem is (as a great writer once said) all the best words in the right order. Which means you must pick and choose your words carefully.
There is a lot of repitition in this poem that is superfluous. Try focusing around a central metaphor or an image. The best poetry uses concrete images to convey meaning rather than vague stanzas.
