If you really love him no just like, you should know that sometimes you can break the rules to go after someone you love, so go get him just don't let his parents know, date secretly. I don't think he's scared of his parents, I think he's just following orders.

Never encourage anyone to disobey their parents. Honor your parents is a commandment from God; take it seriously! There are plenty of other people. Find a new friend.

it depends on if your a guy or a girl if the case is your a girl the parents are probably afraid that you will end up with a bad relationship. but if your a guy that's self explanatory

how old are you? if you are 16 or under then there is nothing you can do. sixteen or older you can easily sneak around without getting caught, why don't his parents let him talk to you?
