Keep in mind what kind of image you want to project. People form opinions based on all kinds of things.

IMO, "Michael" sounds more serious than "Mike." Think of the kinds of theatre/film you want to be in, and how that name would reflect that.

As for the last name choices...I don't like any of them. Maybe you could keep "Allen" as a middle name--if you wind up joining SAG or AFTRA, you can't have the same name as a current member, so a middle name will help differentiate you.
