My Mom explained that it was a part of the male body thats wet and sucks things. I myself don't really know b/c other people I ask myself keep saying it's too disgusting to know. I've only seen men use that insult on eachother.

douche is something that women use to clean out their vaginas. There using that term as a slang to mean a "dirty, nasty person. douche also mean "shower" in Russian language.
