About a week of significant pain, followed by a gradual improvement.
How bad is the pain? As the old joke goes, "I was circumcised when I was born, and I couldn't walk for a year!"

I was circumcised at age 40 and again last year to tighten my circumcision, so I know what I'm talking about. It takes about a week for the stitches to start falling out (soluble kind) and they should all be gone by the two week mark. After three weeks you will have a basically healed cut but it will be tender for a while. Sex will be possible after four weeks and then you will realise why we circumcised men are so happy to be the way we are! Good luck with your circumcision!

because of scientific problems w/foreskin becoming closed, I had circumcision technique achieved 3 days in the past at age 70. utilising interior of reach anesthetic, finished technique, in & out in 40 5 minutes. Even drove myself lower back abode. No soreness - purely mild soreness. Prescribed antibiotic for 10 days to maintain down an infection & take Ibuprofen for the mild soreness. If i might popular it became this rapid & person-friendly, i might have had it achieved years in the past. assume 3 weeks finished restoration time.

I done it when I was already 14. (In my country, that was already too old.) I was in pain for about one week. That was followed by another week of painful & uncomfortable morning wake-up calls (if you know what I mean!!!). Then all was OK .

By the way, I got a licensed professional to do it.

For the pain from the actual cutting - maybe a month.

From the pain of knowing that you have made a dreadful mistake and will never get the full enjoyment of sex again - the rest of your life!
