It depends on how your email is set up. Chances are, you can't. At least not directly.

My company has set up a web interface called OWA, or Outlook, Web Access so we can check our email from home.

If your company doesn't have OWA or something similar, then your only option is to use some kind of Remote connectivity tool like Remote Desktop, MobiKey, Timbuk2, Dameware...etc to remotely connect to your PC in your office and just run outlook once you get there.
