havin stomach pains,headaches, back pains(especailly in the lower back),feelin sick most of the time ,light headed,feelin really tired also but cant really sleep because of the pain plus i have also been spotting for the past week my period isnt due till the 14th

Could be pregnant or have a urinary tract infection. These are not definite but possible. Go see a doctor as soon as u can.

wait on it..sometimes as women out bodies go through changes especially if you have not had sex in a while then you start to...your body acts weired a lot of times when that happens. Also my mom tells me that every seven years a women's body changes 7,14,21 hey it happens. Or maybe you have been stressed, out hanging out with other females gets your period off sometimes. So just be patient wait for Aunt Flo to come and if she does not show up in two weeks after she is suppose to go get a test.
