I got a laptop on August and it has few problems and I am going to return it. When I get a cash card should I buy another 1 and get Express vista. Or should I wait a month and get it preinstall on the new laptop.

if you can get a good deal on a lap top i would do express vista...but if you want to wait and see if you can get another deal else where you could hold off...i did the express vista option because it will be an easy install and i got a great deal on a lap top 3 days ago at best buy...

Your best bet would probably be to wait a month and play it by year, you cant rush it or you might end up with the same problem.

Wait a month on the pre-installed version- its a longer form and has more features. Me, personally, that's what I would do.
