how do i make a website...and where do i go to make it
when im done making it how can people find out about it??

to make a website, download NVU editor (www.nvu.com)
that editor is a great editor similar to frontpage, dreamweaver etc.. if you don't want to use that one, check out http://www.interkeys.com/htmleditor for other alternatives.
You use the HTML editor to build your pages. They are WYSIWYG editors, so you edit your pages as if you are making a powerpoint slid or any other kind of template
then you just need to link up all your pages and get a webhost here> http://www.interkeys.com/tophosts so you can upload the files to a server on the net
