- Seek to understant each other's (men & women) interests and concerns allowing creative solutions.
- Strive for resolution each can accept.
- Develop common ground rather than focus on differences.
- Negotiate through cooperation rather than adversarial strategies.
- Problem solving negotiations in which both parties are proactive.
- Taking responsibilities for one's own actions/behavior, rather than blaming the other gender.
- Treat the process needs of your opposite gender with respect.
- Explore differences in perspective, interests, and desired outcomes rather than react to them.
- To let go of past frustrations (of each other) in order to have a clear view of future possibilities... :-)

They don't have a collective mind, you know. Women are individuals.
Why don't you get to know one woman and find out what she individually wants. That's a better way to go.

We don't know. That's why we're hard to figure out. We're pretty vocal, so as soon as we know, we'll let you know (especially if we think you messed up and did the opposite of what we wanted).

someone who knows how to please a woman on many levels , or at least learn;)

a good sense of hygiene, (lol)
romantic (doesnt have to be all the time!)
likes to cuddle once in a while (mine actually likes cuddling more then me!)

oh and a nice tush, strong arms & chest (i like hands too..lol) pretty eyes, doesnt hurt either...

and a man who makes sure that we only get our own way when it is genuinely beneficial to us. A "yes dear" man loses his appeal mighty quick.
