From the register of deeds office in your county courthouse. If you aren't living in the same county, call the county in which you resided in at the time of your marriage. There will be a small fee. Usually $10-$20.

If you live in the county and state you were married in, go to the county court clerk and pay $3 and say I'ld like a copy of my...you get the idea. If you don't live anywhere near where you were married, then call the clerks office and they will give you all the info you need to send for it.

I believe you have to go to BIRTHS, DEATHS & MARRIAGES, which you should find in the government section of the white pages. My Mother got divorced a few years ago and I did all the document gathering.
