balance heart with mind?
Really what employers are really looking for are a couple key things.
1. Honesty (as in not stealing)
2. Submissivness (i'm serious they may not say it or may say "be assertive" but the last thing they want is someone who creats waves in the workplace)
3. Not being Unique (I have found that the more unique a person is in their activitys the less they get along with coworkers. I have had interviews where my boss asked me my hobbies. The seconed i said hunting that's all he wanted to talk about!...... Oh yea here is a tip... If your working in factory then tell them your a republican... lie lie lie if they find out your liberal than life can get lousy really fast.

Skills would certainly be tops. I'd go conflict management and common sense next. While heart is great it comes after the bottom line.
