I am having trouble with Sprint PCS wireless every month. Every month my bill is wrong. Every month the I call customer service, and every month I get someone who is unfriendly and unwilling to help me. Recenlty I talked to one of the supervisors and she called me a liar. I asked to talk to her boss and she told me there was no one else I could talk to. I told her that I knew she had a boss, but she refused to give me any other name.

By the way if you are looking for a cell phone service provider what ever you do stay away from sprint.

I have the same problem, somebody making an extra $25.00 off me every month.I went to a sprint store and bitched out loud, we will see if my bill is different this month. If it isnt they better look out because they are playing with fire. good luck.
