I already sing fine by myself i mean im not bad but i could use a lot of work. I have problems making the right sounds i think. Also my biggest problem is doing higher notes. No i dont mean soprano, but mor of a high alto note. Maybe its because im going through puberty, im 14. Somebody give me tips or help please.

Gargle & swallow a tall glass of Sprite mixed with mint, honey and extra sugar before performing.

Seriously, it works evertytime!

The Fluids are soaked into the pharynx and larnyx just a bit by the sugar crystals-( don't stir them up in the Sprite and dissolve them-this is key!) The mint "opens" your nasal passages as it leaves a vapor trail inside, and the honesy coats, so there is less tightening on your cords after using them- they'll last longer and you'll stay on key longer as well.

I used to perform for years, you may not have been born with perfect pitch, but you can sing like a superstar if you do waht I've told you here.

If it DOESN"T work, then it just wans't me to be.. LOL until after you're finished growing. ;)

If you have a piano, I would suggest sitting at it and picking a key to start in and try to match the pitch going up and down the scale while singing slofege syllables (do re mi fa sol la ti do) and then change key up a half step and do it again until you reach the top of your range... I've done that for a whil and it's done great things for my pitch.
