Haha I agree-it does sound a lot like Hary Potter, but that's not what I was going for. Thanks for being honest! Jasmine is getting more popular now...I am looking for something a little more unique :)

Just remember...the name you give your child will be with him/her for life...Try to remember the uniqueness is in your child not their name...no kid wants to say...no that is not how you spell my name...no that is not how you say my name...over and over and over....your child will stand out on his/her own merit...don't need some off the wall, wierd spelled name to be unique...Sorry....but I could not imagine wanting anyone to ask "What is your name?"...and have to say Sirius...seriously...lol...The other day I was helping my mom with her Children's list for the Kiwanas party...There was a child with the name Intrepid...yep after a car...come on!...I love the name Michael though....favorite male name of all time....Not Mike though. How about Jaqueline Rain...you know...traditional names are making a come back...a little traditional...a little unique.

I love both Jasmine and Rhiannon but not together.
May I suggest:
Jasmine Alora or Jasmine Aurora?
Sirius Michael is good.

Jasmine Rhiannon sounds ok but they both end the same. Maybe you can change it to Jasmine Rhianne? Or Rhiannon Jazz?

Don't like Sirius, what about Cyrus or Silus love Rhiannon

the problem with the girl name is that they both end in the same sound..it's redundant. You can use them with other names, they are both nice, but not together.
I don't know what pronunciation the boys name is. If it is like si-rye-us then I like it but think it would be better with a C. The S makes me think of Sirius radio.

I like the girl name, but how about Rhianna?
The boy's name reminds me of the Sirius radio station

The girl's name is a lot better. The boy's name sounds like you're trying too hard to be weird.
