Your question is flawed. Not every woman agrees on any one thing. However, the ones that do are convinced that it will make them more attractive, more money, or more self confident. One reason maybe that they want to please the men in their lives who might be that shallow. They think that it will increase their earnings at their particular job. They want to emulate their favorite actresses. One must remember that Barbie is not real for any female no matter how much plastic surgery. Any woman that has plastic surgery is just a living female and not a lifeless toy. Barbie is only fantasy and not reality in size and shape. It is simplistic to call them Barbie when the problem is much deeper in their psyche. Examine the root cause of their preoccupation with having large breasts. I wonder if it is not the men who are a major factor? Being a male myself, I have noticed how other males gaze at women with big breasts. Women who see their men give these other ones more attention might feel inadequate or fear of abandonment. From personal experience women can be extremely competitive and possessive. They might get breast enlargements bigger than their rivals to deminish them in some way in an effort to keep their men focused on themselves.

Darwin's principle will work.See pictures/sculptures of the past few centuries ,the size of boobs are coming down.Decreasing rate of brest feeding may reult in genetic variations and after a few centuries women with very small or no boobs may be common.

I'm all natural. Natural is best. People who usually get boob jobs have to take the cylocones out in 3 years. Yeeewww. Some end up deflating. They can also kill a person if their body rejects them. So ladies keep them natural. If the guy doesn't like them, there are plenty of other fish in the ocean.

The only reason i would have plastic surgery would be on medical grounds.

Burns, Boobs reduced due to bad back, if i had breast removed for cancer, get the drift.

not all women want them but the ones that do are usually pretty influenced by the media and how they think guys view them. really it's all a bunch of crap but there are a lot of women out there that are very self conscious about it. they way i see it, it's like guys being "big". stereotypes say that women want men who are "big in the pants" and guys want girls with "nice racks", the only difference is that a guy can tell how big a girl is right away. so all in all i blame stereotypes, the media, and being self conscious.

the reason why a woman wants an implant is not always
frivolous, what if she had a mastectomy ? or what if she is completely flat chested ? But she needs to convey a certain image for reasons of employment.?

fake boobs don't last forever, they have to be replaced every few years. so In 30 years time when she is 60 it might be a good idea not to replace them.
