How do you convert 2 mi to inches

I assume you know that there are 5,280 feet in a mile, and 12 inches in a foot.

Start by converting miles into feet:
2 miles x 5,280 feet per mile = 10,560 feet

Now convert feet into inches:
10,560 feet x 12 inches per foot = 126,720 inches

Google.com has a good conversion system built into it, just search for "2 mi to inch" and it will tell you before the rest of the results. Or you could go through and calculate it, but since I'm not used to the imperial system I have no idea what you have to multiply it by.

Its 126720 inches btw.
