Apparently nothing if you're a Democrat!
Sen. Byrd is a former KKK leader, and as recently as last year used the "N-word" with hardly a eye batted by the NAACP.
Sen. Hillary Clinton has been known to call a Jewish man a "f---ing Jew bastard" with only a slight murmur of displeasure from Jewish groups.
Sen. Kennedy, for all his talk of supporting affirmative action, used his political position to sidestep laws requiring minority-owned businesses be given a fair look, and got a goverment contract for a company he owns without any minority businesses even being allowed to bid.
I could go on all evening, but my fingers would tire of all the typing.
I guess it's the right of Democrats to be racists (the Party was practically founded on racism, if you go back to the pre-Civil War days of slavery), but it annoys me that liberals get a pass for blatant racism while a Republican gets piloried for using an innocuous word that has vague racial overtones if used in a different context.

What's wrong with it? Hate is wrong. It's not healthy, it's not fun to have no one, and it's just messed up, IMO.
Step outside man, go to the local bar or caffe or whatever. Have a drink, talk to someone, meet some new friends. Enjoy life. We weren't put on this Earth to hate each other even though some people do. Relax.

I don't think you a racist, you are a humanist (I made a new word!) You sound like you just don't like people in general. Racism is a dislike towards a certain group of people. Since you hate everyone, I don't think you can consider it racism.

Nothing is wrong with it if you enjoy being alone and miserable. When you learn to embrace diversity and culture the world is wide open for you. I truly feel sorry for you.
