I want to go somewhere hot hot hot and where theres a mid size city, not too expensive cost of living ( average) and where there are universities. wher should i go?

Yeah, a lot of people are saying austin, which has gotten a lot of press as being a nice city. but I'd suggest Gainesville. Great college, hot as hell, and smaller than austin, so the cost of living is cheap. Also, college station, TX and the bryan, TX area is nice, super hot, and pretty cheap. I'd go with those. Austin is too expensive and it isn't dominated by the university like these other towns are.

If you like drier heat and want to party hard in an affordable city, then either Arizona State (Tempe) or University of Arizona (Tucson).
