See the following link for a JavaScript program that would display the last login time for any given domain/user. Use "." for the current domain (e.g., on a stand-alone machine).

go Start > Run > type "cmd" > hit Enter > type "systeminfo." Tons of info will go by - scroll back up to the top and you'll see a line like:

System Up Time: 0 Days, 3 Hours, 51 Minutes, 18 Seconds

Not exactly what you're looking for but close...
