it says this phone is offfline....please power recycle the phone to make calls....how do you do that?

Open the phone, let it set to dry out. Prob will need a new battery. Prob will have to replace, it may be insured. They replaced mine for free because they never asked me what happened to it.

Take it as far apart as you can and run the blow drier on it for ten or so minutes. Pull out the battery and take out any screws that you can. If it is covered with unsurance they'll replace it. GOOD LUCK!

Let the phone complete dry out, if it still doesn't work, you need a new one.
