when guys matsurbate, they usually put lube (lubricant, like a liquid or a gel type substance onto their penis) they tend to use their whole hand (either left or right) and grasp their penises kind of firmly and just go in a back and forth motion until the penis is erect (hard and big) an they'll keep going until they ejaculate (white stuff or semen squirts out of the head of the penis).
