Assuming Windows XP and a CD burner....
First check to see if you have a CD burning software such as Nero, Power CD or Roxio on your PC. If so, start the software. If you don't, you can burn directly from Windows XP.

Place a blank CD into the CD drive. If you are using a burner software, you will have an empty window where you can add the files you want to burn. If you are using only XP, it will open an empty window for you to add the pictures into.

Drag the picture you want to put on the CD into the empty window. If you are using a burner software, it will warn you when the CD is getting full. If you are using XP, you will have to keep track of how big the files you are adding are. You can put up to 800mb (or 800,000kb) of files onto a CD.

When you have all the pictures added to the window, click the "Burn" button in the software, or with XP the Burn Now selection in the File menu.

It should take about 4-8 minutes to burn the CD.

I am assuming you have a CD burner built into or attached to your computer. Then you should also have software loaded. I will also assume that you are asking because you can't find the software. Well, download a Google program,Picasa2 it is free and is very easy to use. Once it has loaded all your pictures (it does that automatically) all you do is highlight the pictures you want on the cd and click to burn the cd. If don't have a CD burner disregard the preceding instructions.
