Point of Grace "A Christmas Story" They did a beautiful job on the 5th track: "Carol of the Bells" ! I love this cd.
Also, Linda Eder!, Vanessa Williams, Diana Krall, Aly & AJ, Josh Groban, Micheal Bubble' Steve Holt!, and Clay Aiken all have wonderful Christmas cds.
One more: Sara Mclachlan - "WINTERSONG" ! which, btw, is just AMAZING!! If you haven't hears this one yet, good heavens are you in for a REAL TREAT!!

Sufjan Stevens has a 5disc box set out for less than 20 dollars in some places. Its different, but still very Christmassy...

The New York Times says... " SUFJAN STEVENS: ‘SONGS FOR CHRISTMAS SINGALONG’ (Asthmatic Kitty). While others are content to release short and casual just-for-fun holiday CDs, the overachieving indie-rocker Sufjan Stevens is thinking bigger. This five-disc boxed set collects his four previous “Songs for Christmas” mini-albums and adds a fifth, along with chord progressions, stickers, a poster and lots of liner notes. (To be honest, most Christmas albums are rip-offs, but this one certainly isn’t; you should be able to find it for under $20.) The new CD includes half a dozen originals, including “Christmas in July,” a wistful but restless ode that alternates between 10/8 and 9/8 time. Then there are the perennials, including “Jingle Bells” (played on “insipid piano,” according to the liner notes) and “Lo! How a Rose E’er Blooming” (“multiple pianos, played very earnestly”)."

What genre do you like? For something modern, try the new Sarah Maclachlan Wintersongs. For an all around great cd with unique songs, try the Roger Whittaker Christmas Album (my personal favorite). Or a classic sound with some more common songs, I love the Jim Reeves 12 Songs of Christmas.
If you like rock, try the "A Very Special Christmas" series. If you like instrumental, try the Charlie Brown soundtrack!

If you like Bette Midler (she has a great voice), she just came out with a new christmas CD (her 1st one), it's called "Cool Yule" .
Just climbed from #114 to #68 on Billboard chart.

There are many Christmas CD's, but I believe when you put the word 'good' in front you create an oxymoron.
