Visitors from several countries do not require a special visa for the Philippines, with a 21-day stay granted upon arrival, provided they have valid onward tickets. Passports should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Please check with the Philippine embassy or consulate in your area for more information.

Foreigners are allowed for 21 days but you can extend your stay if you want. A visa waiver can be filed for additional 30 days then visa extension thereafter up to six months. On the 7th month, you need to process the exit clearance but still you can stay. for further assistance, you can contact me.
