It's fairly easy.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options.

Select the Security tab. Click on the Restricted Site icon. Click the Add button. Enter the web address and that's it.

I personally do not use this way to block sites, I use my Firewall. But it's very complicated to explain how to do this as all Firewall's have different settings and menu options.

copy it's url! Go to tools, internet options, security, restrict sites (red warning circle with line through it!) Paste url in box, add, save! Done!

you will need to make a main administrators account on your computer... you will get a password! When your account is completed, set internet options to administrator only... then she can't take it off the list! repeat the first step for all sites you want to restrict! User Accounts are made through control panel, then click user accounts, new account setup! Remeber you are the main administrator! There are simple instructions to follow!

Good Luck!
