Very irritating, especially when they interrupt and cut you off in the middle of what you were saying. Oprah does that often.

Yes. I know some people in my apartment building that do that. It make's me feel Like nothing I say matter's to them. It is extremly rude.

Yes !! or those people who really wanna hear your prob but once you start to tell them , they jump back in to talking about there prob and always think there ruff time is more ruff than yours ...I really hate that .
