A truck driver friend of mine SWEARS by chewing gum. Any kind really, he says the chewing of the gum, will keep him up thru the night. He swears by it. Actually, I told someone else that, and they agreed. Its worth a try.

Is it really worth it? But it probably is, right, calls can really make a difference, sharing fun stuff together and being there for each other.
I had that problem too! Don't know which company does that, but I would just fall asleep in my new apartment and the phone would ring! All kinds o' things they wanted to say to me...no what I mean! And it is hard to be tired at a time like that!
I used to take big long naps in the afternoon if I could swing it, and they really helped. Some alone time, a hot shower, and then a really good snooze.
Coffee would be you're easiest way. But that could permanently set you're schedule that way! Drink the coffee before, like half hour before, like 12. To make sure it's working before you're call.
Get the lights on! That's a good wake up!
Good luck!

A few jumping jacks will keep the blood flowing and help energize you for a while. Try standing and walking around, keep moving. If you must sit down, sit on a hard chair that is not comfortable.

Keep yourself busy. Don't lay down or you will most definitely fall asleep. Just keep your mind and body occupied otherwise you'll just fall fast asleep.
