Nintendo issued a second street date release of December 6th. Quantities are estimated to be 50% of the original release. Call your local retailers to find out if they have any for this release and, if so, what time they'll be selling them.
I work at Wal-Mart and we'd originally been told 12:01am, as we're a 24 hour store, but they've changed it to 8am now. I'm not sure if that was our managers decision or a directive from Nintendo, so just call around to get the details.
Good luck! I hope you're able to snag one! But if you miss out on the 6th, don't get worried. Their should be a third "wave" before Christmas.

Good luck on that one. I know that Bestbuy usually get extras in when no one else are allowed. Before Christmas its nearly impossible. Call the stores every day and ask if they have a shipment in and what time will they start selling it.. This is your best bet.

Check EB games everyday around 11:15 a.m. or whenever they say their UPS shipments arrive. I got one today!!!! Good Luck!

e-bay is probebly the only place you will get one, a bit pricey though.
