Or you're starting to come down with a cold...when you can't regulate your body temp...chances are you have a cold coming!!

I don't know. I felt very hot today and I know I'm not pregnant. Take a pregnancy test.

i am 39 weeks pregnaunt and have hot flashes all the time and heartburn oh god ...lol i will be done soon thou.....
but i dont think my hot flashes from pregnancy started till bout my 6th month

either that or you live in a hot climate, move to Vermont to cool off

It could have to do with horomones, I don't know how old you are but it could also be signs of menopause approaching.
