Can anyone give me advice on how to get my town in perfect condition so I can get the golden axe. I've tried eveything!

That's a perfect town guide -

Some quick tips are - throw out any trash you get from fishing, pull all your weeds, and don't have any trees touching diagonally! And you have to have between 9 & 16 trees in every square. Good luck - it's hard to get the golden axe, but it feels good to actually get it.

Keep pulling weeds and go to the wishing well often for
advice, you just have to be judicious about it. Trying to
get the right amount of trees etc. per acre will really drive
you insane, but you'll get it eventually. It took me several weeks.
