what if u friend has a problem and it spreads around the whole school what what should u do?

see me friend has a dad that likes to have sex with her and she does not no what to do. and wehad a feild trip and the police made her stay at my school and answer question should she tell her mom and more then 5 ppl? and she told some one and she told some one else and the word is spreding all around the school.
