See your practice nurse or G.U clinic to have a check up. It could be as simple as thrush or worse herpes. Get it checked out if you are sexually active as you may be at risk of catching a sexually transmitted disease

well, you could be overworking them - if you're not being too rough down there, then you might have a rash or irritation.
