Does anyone remeber this movie, or have any clue as to what I'm talking about?

Does anyone remember this movie? I saw it when I was little. I don't know the name and nobody ever knows what the hell I'm talking about. HELP!

Here it goes:

By the way these kids are like 11 or something.

There are two boys and they both like the same NEW girl. She can't choose between them and is friendly to both. The boys are friends too, but one's good and one's kinda bad (but not in an evil way). They both are competing for her love and for Valentines day the good boy bought her a heart shaped thing and balloons, and the bad boy bought her a little heart shaped box with a necklace inside with a heart pendant. So of course she likes the necklace better and likes the bad boy better too.

Well, the girl has a weak/bad heart, and she might die.

The bad boy is always running out in front of the ice cream truck and pretending to get hit, but is really hanging on to the back of the truck. Well, one time he isn't so lucky and dies. His heart gets donated to the girl.

So the girl TRIES to date the good boy but everytime they hold hands or something, her heart starts to hurt BECAUSE IT'S THE OTHER BOYS HEART. SO she decideds she can't see the good boy anymore and must move on, so she goes to the bad boys grave which has a angel tombstone and places the necklace he bought her over the angels neck.

Then the angel starts crying.

whoa!!!! ive never seen it, but it sounds like a tearjearker....... pretty intense stuff...... sorry i couldnt help u with the name of it though.......
