I love those books :) Stephenie Meyer is such a great writer.

I think that Stephenie Meyer's description of Edward is so appealing that you cannot help falling for him. I see this story very much as a modern day Romeo and Juliet. Bella and Edward are seen as two star crossed lovers that most think can only end badly. A friend, and I had been trading books for a while, and weren't agreeing on what we liked and disliked. She lent me Twilight, and told me that if I didn't like it, that we needed to just give up, and admit that we did not like the same books. I read the book in two days. It would have been sooner if I hadn't had to work! My friend actually attributes this book to her, and her husband getting pregnant. She said that Edward Cullen turned her on so much that all she could think about was sex!

He is the perfect guy. he's depicted as handsome, nice, smart, charming.... His whole character is designed for you to like him.
But yes, I do like him.
