Im trying to upgrade my video in this computer which is a laptop. I need help.

You can't really upgrade the video card in a laptop. You can try to download the latest graphics drivers but that's not going to help as far as performance goes (at least not that you'll notice). Try the manufacturer's website for instructions on this.

without knowing what computer you have I'll guess that since most laptops can't upgrade their video cards I can only suggest that you (if there is room) increase the RAM as much as you can........always check with the manufacturer to see how much RAM you can add..........Adding RAM will speed most things up and may even help with your video. Until you add Ram, when you want to watch video turn off any programs that are not critical and appear in your task bar system tray (lower right) remember that anti virus software is critical.
