I wish I could help...but every pregnancy is different as is recovery...remember you're not doing this for the first time..you're body is gonna take it's own good time healing...not to mention..you'll still be picking up the other babies...and it will take a bit longer... I had 2 emergency c-sections and the last one was my final...and it took me longer to recover and heal from the first one...than the second... don't know why...

In one sense, each surgery can get harder, you're older than you were the last time. Also, if you have your tubes tied, you probably will have more cramping and/or side pain.
If you live in a suburban area with a large teaching hospital, ask if they use "duramorph.." It's a special type of epidural anesthesia that keeps moms quite comfortable for the first 12-18 hours. After that time period, typically the moms are up and moving better, passing gas sooner, and need fewer pain pills.
I work at a hospital where almost all our C-sections are now having this type of anesthesia, and both the patients and the staff love it.
Good luck with #3!!

It will not be the same as a emergancy c section (are they using the emerg insition) however many OB recommend no more than 3 births if all csection due to late problems if that# is gone over have you considered a V-Bac?
