First Question: I do not know,.. but there have been girls born with a sibling or something else in their uterus/body that eventurally may need removed or kills them,... or they never know and it causes no problems,.. or they could know,.. but anyways,... there are women with something in their uterus that won't be born. I know there have been babies born after about 15 months and there have been complications where C-Section is the only way to get a baby out or the baby is devolopeing very slowly but they may not be compatible with life after they are born (please note that those that devlope slowly do not have much or any effect on when a woman's body decided to reject).

Second Question: I don't know, posible though

Added: notaminiVanmama... That wasn't normal,.. your OB is bad at history XD If you find writeings going back a thousand years or longer they mention things talking about pregnancy in artistic or informational ways and their mysterious ways of saying things for entertainments sach still equal up to the length of current pregnancy (some times a little longer). If the pregnancy length does not match up correctly in information it makes people consider the father was not "the father". And if you want to pick at body shapes,.. then the natives or current "natives" of each country/region are built differently,.. so that would mean a difference... based on what your OB said,.. wouldn't it,... one American woman would normally have 6 month pregnancy in all their families women for all pregnancy another would have 12 months. (Your OB was probably just trying to make you feel better,.. sorry for bursting their attempt :( )

My guess...42 weeks. That's the longest a dr will let you go ( i believe) and then they induce. No, I'm sure Jackie Chan was not in the womb for 12 months. He isn't an elephant and neither is his mother.

I dont know if it's true or not, but I read somewhere recently that the placenta starts to die sometime after 44 weeks and thats why doctors tend to induce if a pregnancy goes that long.

Before he adopted the Westernised name, "Jackie", he was known by a variety of other nicknames. As he was a heavy baby, (12 lb at birth, he claims to have spent 12 months in the womb), his mother nicknamed him "Pao Pao" (meaning "Cannonball"). Later, while studying at the Peking Opera School he was known as Yuen Lo, as a mark of respect to his master, Yu Jim-Yuen.

No, clue...its merely a claim.
