When the feeling of depression comes over you go to the play ground at a public park, and do the monkey bars, swing on the swing and ride the merry go round. Don't forget to go down the slide! If that dosent work write your feelings down on a piece of paper and wad it up and thow it in the dumpster!

Hang around people just to make you forget about it cause when your alone u think about your life, if u know what i mean

talk to old friends or family members be honest on how you are feeling.. or go and watch a funny movie maybe a chevy chase movie the christmas one that is always good for a great laugh... good luck and i hope you feel better
